Fees, payment schedules, and taxes for any engagement are set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, which will be charged as required by law.

Payment terms, including any milestones and due dates, are as agreed in writing for each project.

The content, branding, design, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Synchrology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Ownership of the deliverables we create for a client, and any licences to pre-existing or third-party materials, are governed by the relevant project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of paid-for deliverables transfers to the client on full payment.

We treat information shared with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement as confidential, and we expect the same of information we share with you.

Detailed confidentiality obligations, where required, are set out in the applicable project agreement or a separate non-disclosure agreement.

This website and our work may reference or rely on third-party tools, platforms, and links. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties, and their terms and policies apply to your use of them.

Subject to any dispute resolution mechanism agreed in a specific project agreement, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website.
